About Karma Villa no. 18
Spacious 4 bedroom pool villa consist of three separate alang
alang roofed pavilions that frame the central private pool and
courtyard area. A Balinese style wall surrounds the residence,
creating further privacy and tranquility to enjoy the beauty of the
residences’ environment.

The expansive and luxurious living pavilion is an open plan design
that consists of a fully equipped kitchen with SMEG appliances, dining
table and lounge area. The handcrafted teak dining table can
accommodate six to eight people, while the large lounge area with
welcoming sofas enhance the enjoyment of the state of the art DVD and
CD surround system. Satellite Television is a standard feature in all
residences.

Each Bedroom within the residences feature a private en-suite. The
Master Bedroom and en-suite stretches the entire second floor of the
accommodation pavilion, with a four post canopy bed, oversized bathtub
and double vanity. The second bedroom in the two, three and four
Bedroom Pool Residences offer both indoor en-suite and an outdoor
tropical garden shower.

The Grand Residence represents the ultimate in luxury residence
